Will Bales began his career in construction at a very young age. His background includes many years of time spent on construction sites and projects of different scale and type. This broad scope led him to a desire to build homes with his own professional eye for detail and impeccable build quality. Will takes pride in his work to the level of being hands on with his new construction in all steps of the build process. Will has been a member of the Skiatook community for 20+ years, raising his 4 children with his wife of 25 years in the same community. His contribution to providing quality homes expands not only in his love of the trade, but also his love for the community and all it has to offer potential Buyers.

During his many years as a carpenter, superintendant, estimator, and project manager he learned the business side of being a custom home builder.
